  13. FUNCTION
  14.     Make filenotes look better.

  17. FEATURES (these options can be combined):    
  18.     * Convert letters to uppercase or lowercase
  19.     * Make 1st. letter uppercase
  20.     * Make short for copyright '(c)' uppercase
  21.     * Make roman numbers uppercase (ex: xvIi -> XVII)
  22.     * Remove CTRL-characters. These are characters which are
  23.       displayed as strange and meaningless characters, like 
  24.       f.ex squares.
  25.     * Convert only the substrings which matches a string given 
  26.       by the user.
  27.     * Make 1st. letter after a character uppercase. The user
  28.       can specify one or more such characters.
